Previsions is based on a collaboration between two Swedes; Henrik Pålsson and Mikael Gislén:

  • Henrik Pålsson is the CEO of Previsions and a Senior Advisor and Thought Leader focused on emerging markets digitalisation, digital cash, digital micro businesses, rich analytics, and smartphone empowerment for marginalised communities, especially in the Philippines. With a background in electrical engineering from Lund University, he has extensive experience in predictive marketing, analytics, and customer insights. He has worked with leading corporations such as ABB and Ericson for many years. He was the initiator and head of the Ericson Consumer Lab at Ericson. After leaving the corporate world, he co-founded Lux Solana and has worked at 2be4good, Networked Brains, and other organisations, contributing significantly to technology and social change initiatives.
  • Mikael Gislén is the CEO of Gislen Software, which he founded in India 1994. An ethical entrepreneur and tech visionary, he leads a company that provides high-value IT services to clients in Sweden, Norway, the UK, and the US. His firm specialises in business and requirement analysis, software development, user experience, system integration, identity and access management, payment solutions, and mobile development. Mikael’s commitment to transparency, honesty, and sustainability has established Gislen Software as a carbon-neutral company. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Economics. He and his company provide the technical development capacity for Previsions.
